Every client at Connect Plus Therapy has an assigned intake coordinator, and case manager that will help you with everything from insurance questions to finding the best social skills groups and programs. They will ensure personalized, meaningful, and effective care.
Comprehensive Assessments
A BCBA will perform a comprehensive assessment. This assessment will inform an individualized treatment plan, with goals created in partnership with your family.
High Quality ABA
We provide compassionate, 1:1, evidence-based, and individualized care when & where you need it, including your home, in school, at daycare, in our center, and in your community. We are a BHCOE accredited agency.
Progress & Traction Monitoring
Our BCBAs continuously monitor progress and perform reassessments every 3-6 months to provide regularly updated treatment plans. You can track progress online.
We highly value your input, and in conjunction with the data we collect, we will regularly update your child’s treatment plan.
