Children’s Camp Connect for Kids with Autism get a visit from the Marlton Mail Lady
Today at 9:30 am Local Mail Lady Amy Feller, from Marlton, NJ delivered more than just mail, she delivered a camp full of smiles with her mail truck and engaging presentation to children with Autism at Camp Connect.
The children at Camp Connect engaged the day before in creating a group full size poster with all of their handprints to celebrate her visit.
The takeaway was a pre addressed letter made to Amy at the post office so all the kiddos can learn how to properly address, stamp and send a letter.
Hopefully it’s the beginning of a beautiful friendship and maybe we can get mail back from the Voorhees post office and Ami too.
