Connect Plus Therapy is a BHCOE-accredited agency, earning the highest level of accreditation possible by excelling in clinical quality and staff qualifications. We provide in-house CEUs, training, mentorship, and clinical and administrative support.

Continuous Learning

ABA is an evolving field and continuous learning and training are imperative to the success of our staff and clients.

We develop videos and presentations to keep staff up to date with changes in the field of ABA.

We offer in-house CEU events and provide the training you need for career growth, maintaining tour certifications, and obtaining new ones, including BCBA supervision

The clinical team has access to the Central Reach Institute to meet their CEU requirements

Admin staff submit and choose monthly training topics and can participate in as many as they like.

We are BCBA Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider

Study for RBT Certification

BCBA Supervision

For any staff actively enrolled in an ABA-approved course sequence for either the BCaBA or BCBA. We will help provide the required supervision of the experience to qualify to sit for the BCBA exam.

Our supervision model follows all regulations based on the current BACB standards including the 5th edition supervision requirements.

Safety Care Training

Safety care provides BCBAs and BTs with the skills to effectively and safely prevent, minimize, and manage behavioral challenges with dignity, safety, and the possibility of change.

QBS Safety-Care training is available to staff in-house.

Orientation

R/BTs all receive training which covers:

  • Introduction to ABA
  • Real-time and real-world Central Reach use
  • HIPAA-compliance
  • Ethical billing

BCBAs also receive training in:

  • Assessment timeline and procedures
  • Proper billing code utilization
  • Central Reach application
  • Connect Plus core processes

Central Reach Institute

The clinical team has access to the Central Reach Institute to meet their CEU requirements.

We also provide in-house CEU events, and develop videos and presentation to keep staff up to date with changes in the field of ABA.

Admin staff submit and choose monthly training topics nad can participate in as many as they like.

Certification

Free RBT Certification

Connect Plus Therapy utilizes Central Reach and its institute to provide staff with the 40-hour RBT courses for free.

You'll have access to the various modules needed to prepare you for the competency assessment and test.

Upon completing your 40-hour certification, one of your supervising BCBAs will complete the competency assessment with you and provide the feedback and coaching you need to pass.

After passing the examp, Connect Plu will reimburse your exam fee.

You’ll be eligible for promotion to one of our many BT tiers and get a raise!
