Clinical Supervisor - PA

We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor for our Manayunk location. This administrative position will also contribute to the development of company policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor will help guide the clinical team to utilize best practices and suggest strategies to improve treatment for our clients. This position reports to the Clinical Director and is a full-time office position, which may also require field work when needed.

All applicants must have a master’s degree in ABA or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience as a BCBA and three years of leadership or management experience.

Major Duties

  • Provide on-going supervision to location BCBA’s per BACB and company guidelines
  • Observe BCBAs working with clients and BTs. Conduct case reviews with BCBAs
  • Review clients’ program books for proper set up and progress.
  • Provide corrective feedback and support to BCBAs as needed.
  • Review initial assessment/reassessment reports and send to insurance/billing team
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings and provide clinical support for all CPT programs: ECP, SSGs, Adult Program, Summer Camp, Social (weekend) Events
  • Work closely with case managers and the intake coordinator during the initial intake process.
  • Clinically oversee assignment of all BTs to newly authorized cases and assignment of replacement BTs to active cases
  • Oversee BCBA services to clients assigned: utilization of hours and BT supervision
  • Assist with interviewing of potential staff and BCBAs as needed
  • Provide positive and corrective feedback to staff, including counseling as needed
  • Refer major issues of concern from parents, staff etc. to the Clinical Director
  • Act as liaison between schools/daycares/facilities where CPT provides services and BCBAs when support is needed
  • Work closely with the Training Supervisor to identify staff needing support and training and participate in training development for RBTs and BCBAs
  • Reach out to parents to maintain communication and to assist with any issues
  • Participate in leadership meetings with the Clinical Director for advice and consultation as scheduled
  • Participate in weekly wrap up team meetings
  • Conduct annual evaluations for BCBAs and Behavior Technicians with human resources
  • Facilitate and create strategies to help grow and expand the company
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in the use of various computer programs including Central Reach, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suites
  • Confident communication skills with both the staff and the parents or guardians of CPT clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods
  • Ability to advise and suggest new strategies to BCBAs who are working on difficult cases
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of over 30 employees
  • Must be self motivated and well organized

Experience & Education

  • A master’s degree in ABA or a related field is required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have a active BCBA certificate
  • Must be certified as a Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a BCBA
  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience
